Creative Connections Counseling accepts the following insurance plans:

Cigna
Tricare
UMR
Blue Cross Blue Shield
United Behavioral Health
Health Net

Creative Connections Counseling will advise you about determining your plan’s mental health benefits and will confirm your eligibility for our services. We will keep track of the number of your visits and request more if needed. We will also file secondary insurance, if you have this. Copays will be due at the time of your visit.

Private Pay

If insurance coverage is not available or we are not currently participating on your insurance panel, we would be happy to accept private pay. Private Pay will be due in full at the time of service.

For your convenience Creative Connections Counseling accepts: Cash, Check, and Credit Card.
